Investigated kitchen fire at unit 1408; property is management by HCDD. Confirm fire damage limited to stove area only; some wall and fixture damage, along with associated water damage from sprinkers. Other apartments on the same floor and below received water damaged to floors only. Management was already remediating the water and had called an electrician. Tenant will not be allowed back into unit for two days until electrican clears it. No followup necessary. |
