Apparently the system went down sometime the last week of April and the complainant contacted the ward office the 2nd of May. The system went back into operation on the 4th of May. Presently there is no problem with the air conditioning. Furthermore I spoke to the complainants husband this morning and he confirmed the air conditioning was working at this time. |
