At site, spoke to manager and district manager. Was told that refuse at rear of builing is illegal dumping. They have increased the size of their dumpster and a company truck comes to pick up larger pices of refuse on Friday. Found on merchandise at curb. Some merchandise on sidewalk and parking lot. About 8 feet into parking lot. Told manager to remove items from parking lot. Close case. |
