At site, found that the single family dwelling have been converted into duplexes. Accoring to assessors page unit are still SFD. Spoke to William B at zoning, the maximun units allowed are seven. Spoke to Mr. Wilson and his attorny about this issue on 1/11/11. According to zoning, no attempt has been made to abated this issue. Send citation. |
