Inspection found that a new A/C unit with Ducting was being put in the house by Home Depot. Talke to owner and explained to him that permits should have been pulled before the work was started. He is in contact with the Contractor and Home Depot to find out what they are going to do. The sheds on the east side of the property are also in violations of Zoning and a letter dated March 12 2010 was given to the owner to get the utility companies permission for the sheds to stay where they are and to get the neighbors next door and adjacent to the proeprty to say it ok for the sheds to stay. Will send a NOV for both issues. |
