Evidence of vandalism, gas furnace removed, several section of ceiling collapse, broken window through out along w/entry door opening, Az rm screen opening allows easy access into structure. Contacted board-up contractor to secure all breached opening. Contact made w/neighbor, stated gentleman lived alone and had no family from what she knew.
