STOVE WAS REMOVED, RESEPTICLE BOX WAS DAMP AND THEREFORE BREAKER TURNED OFF TAPED AND MARKED NOT TO USE, AND MANAGER ASKED TO KEEP BREAKER OFF FOR AT LEAST 12-24 HRS. TENANTS DID NOT REQUIRE ASSISANTANCE FROM RED CROSS AND WERE ALLOWED TO STAY DUE TO MINOR AMOUNT OF DAMAGE. MANAGER HAD ALREADY GIVEN TENANT A TIME FRAME FOR REPAIRS. NOV ISSUED TO MANAGER TO MAKE NECESSARY REPAIRS UNDER REPAIR PERMIT. ( PERMIT MAY NOT BE REQUIRED DUE TO NOWIRING DAMAGED, HOOD ONLY) CABINETS AND SMOKE DAMAGE SHOULD BE EASILY CLEANED AND REPAINTED. DAMAGE REPORT NOT COMPLETED DUE TO NO STRUCTURAL, DRYWALL, OR ELECTRICAL REPAIRS THAT WOULD REQUIRE A PERMIT. SCHEDULE F/U INSPECTION FOR 30 DAYS.
