Met officers at site w/ owner Mike Strong. The main issue has been the owner's nephew in unit #2 that is allowing friends to occupy unit #1 which is vacant and does not have active electric service. At time of inspection, a person was found trespassing in unit #1 and was arrested. Unit was posted with a notice to vacate. Owner was advised to post no trespassing signs, change locks, and keep in contact with TPD. Unit cannot be occupied until permit is obtained for electric utility turn-on (previously red-tagged). |
