PVC supply piping is leaking at water service; piping entering the ground is not bonded. Tenant also noted several trees that had overgrown over his unit. Tenants complaints also included unit #36 which he states received interior electrical repair (is currently vacant and for sale); unable to enter unit, but an approved permit for new electric service for unit is on file. Tenant also noted unit #27 (vacant) which has a new addition and entryway added without permit in past year (confirmed). NOV will be sent for identified violations and including reminder note to owner to ensure that any new or repair work requiring permits be done under permit with licensed contractors.
