I meet with the res. and found that there is a few things that were wrong with the unit. Ceiling needs repair, roof, wall, no smoke det.,some plumbing, cooler , wall heater needs service, carpet needs repair in hallwall, broken window ext. will be sending notice to owner and manager. |
