This appears to be a privacy screen added to the inside of the rear perimeter masonry wall. The wall is approximately 4.5 to 5 feet in height and the privacy screen is approximately 2 feet above that. The privacy screen is not attached to the wall and mounted is a solid manner. There is no line of sight obstruction for traffic as this is in an alley and 25 to 30 yards from the nearest roadway. No further action. Case closed. |
