WATER SHUT OFF IN NORTH BEDROOM CLOSET IS LEAKING. HAS BEEN SHUT OFF BUT STILL DRIPS. NORTH BEDROOM DOOR IS BROKEN. DOES NOT SHUT. BATHROOM SHOWER NOZZLE IS NOT PROPERLY SEALED ALLOWING WATER TO PENATRATE THE WALL. TILE GROUT THROUGHOUT THE SHOWER IS CRACKED AND NOT PROPERLY SEALED. CLEAR SILICONE HAS BEEN PLACED OVER MOLDED TILES. HOLE IN THE BATHROOM CEILING. STORAGE ROOM WEST WALL HAS A LARGE HOLE. STORAGE ROOM NORTH WALL IS DETERIORATED AND MOLDY FROM BATHTUB LEAKING.
