Site inspection found large amounts of dried overgrown, unattended vegetation through out property along w/large amounts of discarded combustable trash, refuse, garbage & debris piled along back chain-link fencing. Several windows broken & allow easy access into structure to unauthorized tresspassers. Chain-link fencing has been allowed to deteriorate into a dilapidated state, Several fence post are broken allowing fencing to sag, top railing has detached from endcaps. Nuisance property w/long history. Will review w/admin to place on VANS project list.
