Revisited site when following up with near by homeowner. Met with caregiver Delli, who mentioned homwowner is in his 80's, disabled and requires her help 7 days a week. Mention elderly son is also living there but also disabled, but he can get around. I asked Delli to please pass the information along concerning the complaint and information I had given her, asked she have the son contact me. Gave Delli a business card with contact information and informed her that a NOV would follow. |
