Supervisor Saldate and I met with Mrs. Black on Wed. 4/6/2011 at 12:05. We discused the boulders in the R/W. Mrs. Black had contacted Richard Leigh at DOT, COT Engineering. Mr. Leigh said he was OK with the boulders 6' from the back of the curb and a clear and unobstructed area for pedestrian traffic. GP |
