House appears vacant although there is an active water account in the property owner's name. The gas meter is locked off. The electricity appears to be energized. The property is in a mild state of disrepair. The vegetation is not being cared for and there is much refuse and debris in the rear yard. The perimeter yard fence on the east side of the property is broken and partially fallen exposing the yard and debris. The listed owner is paying a water bill at another address a few miles away. I'll send an NOV to both addresses. |
