04/25/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved File was missfilled and I missed the 4/14/11 reinspection.
Property reinspected on 4/25/11 nothing has been abated and new violations are at property includeing a JMV & Trash.
I am trying to contact owner via phone.
