VISITED SITE. NO ILLEGAL BANNERS, PORTABLE SIGNS OR FLAGS. SPOKE WITH MGMT., TOLD THEM WE RECIEVED A COMPLAINT. THEY SAY THEY OCCASIONALLY PUT BANNERS ON BALCONY AND DO HAVE AN A FRAME. GAVE INFORMATION SHEETS ON HOW TO OBTAIN PERMITS. CLOSE CASE. |
