PERIMETER WALL IS HIGH ENOUGH EXCEPT FOR A FEW PROBLEMS, TWO GATES ENTERING THE BACK YARD AREA ARE NOT SECURED AND TWO SECTIONS OF THE WALL ARE LOW ENOUGH THAT IT IS AN ATTRACTIVE HAZARD. WALL ON THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE HOUSE RT NEXT TO THE HOUSE MEASURES 40 INCHES HIGH WALL ON THE NORTH END OF THE HOUSE A 4 FT SECTION MEASURES 34 INCHES HIGH. FOUND PERMITS FOR THE WALL IN 1974, POOL PERMIT 1979. TOOK PICTURES AND PRESENTED TO MGMT TO HAVE WALL BETTER SECURED. OBTAINED MANGEMENT'S APPROVAL AND CONTACTED BATHCREST TO HAVE TWO AREAS SECURED. PICTURES POSTED.
05/26/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved FOUND PROPERTY FORECLOSED BACK TO BAC HOME LOANS SERVICING.
04/05/2011 INSP - FOLLOW UP CODE ENFORCE Approved PROPERTY STILL HAS WEEDS ON LOT. RESEND NOV CERTIFIED AND CHARGE $75 FEE.
