Called water billing number left message to call and informed occupant of $75.00 reinspection fee and possible court fines. * Received call from daughter Denise Jones 240-6679, who mentioned that mother Debra Jones recently passed away, Denise and her sister plan on moving into the house but first must replaced broken hwh and damaged flooring, will take care of cleaning front yard but need more time and could use 75.00 to hire a landscaper. * Spoke with Carlos explained the situation. Carlos OK'ed the extension and waived the $75.00 reinspect fee. called Denise back, explained I spoke with supervisor. Explained yard needed to be cleaned within the 30 day time frame. Schedule 30 day f/u inspection |
