At site, spoke to grandson of owner, Alfred. said grandmother passed away on Monday. Explained issues of refuse in back yard, NOV and re-inspection fees. Was told that refuse was worse and that he is cleaning it up to sell the home. Due to recent death in the family will follow up 60 days. |
