Conditions inside the trailer consisted of lack of adequate plumbing in order to provide water service; incorrectly installed light fixtures and outlets, debris, hole in wall, roaches. Unit was determined to not be tenable at time of inspection. Operating fire detector not found. A notice to vacate was posted. Unit was boarded to prevent entry. |
