This permit was issued for a wall and tents. I have no problem with the wall but Terry approved a 10 by 80 foot canopy along with the wall permit. The canopy is actually 3 canopies connected with tarps and right on the east property line. It is used as a long carport.
I need the permit revoked as the canopies are structures that need a site plan and a DDO approved before a permit can be issued.
Brian Wiese: the violation case needs to be reopened.
