RESPONSIBLE PERSON ONSITE WAS SELENE TIBETTS. SELENE HAD ALREADY CALLED ANNE SYKES AND MAINTANENECE PERSON EDDIE JIMENEZBUT THEY HAD NOT YET ARRIVED ONSITE. TFD TOOK ME TO THE 4TH FLOOR, UNIT 403 SHOWED ME THE EXTENT OF THE FIRE AND WALKED ME THRU UNITS 303, 203 AND 1ST FLOOR BATHROOMS AND MEETING ROOM DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF WATER DAMAGE RECEIVED IN THOSE UNITS. I HAD EDDIE JIMENEZ OPEN AND ALLOW ENTRY INTO EACH ADJOINING UNIT TO THE ABOVE MENTIONED UNITS TO DETERMINE IF THERE WAS DAMAGE TO THOSE UNITS. DID FIND WATER IN THE LIGHT FIXTURES IN THE BATHROOMS LEAKING INTO THE SHOWER AREA AND IT APPEARED THERE MIGHT BE WATER HOLDING IN THE WALLS. INFORMED MIKE SCHELLAR THAT KAZAL FIRE WOULD NEED TO BE CALLED TO FIX BROKEN SPRINKLER HEAD AND RECHARGE THE SYSTEM, THAT ALARM COMPANY CONTACTED TO RESET THE ALARM, AND LLOYD CONST. CONTACTED TO DETERMINE THE EXTENT OF WATER/DRYWALL DAMAGE AND ELECTRICAL DAMAGE. ABRACADABRA WAS CONTACTED TO BEGIN WATER EXTRACTION AND CLEAN UP. WALKED ANNE SYKES THRU ALL AFFECTED UNITS TO DETERMINE WHO MIGHT REQUIRE ASSISTANCE AND WHO MAY HAVE TO STAY OUT OF THEIR UNITS UNTIL REPAIRS WERE DETERMINED AND COULD BE MADE. NO NOV REQUIRED.
