I THEN CONTACTED OWNER AND EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HE NEEDED TO GET HEATER REPAIRED, HE EXPLAINED THAT HE WOULD SEND AN HVAC TECHNICIAN OVER IN THE AFTERNOON TO REPAIR HEATER. I TEHN MET WITH NEIGHBOR AND ASKED IF SHE HAD ANY HEAT, SHE STATED THAT SHE DID NOT AND WAS ALSO TOLD BY OWNER TO USE COOK STOVE AS A SOURCE OF HEAT, SHE ALSO EXPLAINED TAHT SHE ALSO LIVED IN UNIT TWO WITH AN ELDERLY LADY AND A CHILD AND THAT I COULD TALK WITH HER ALSO DUE TO UNIT ALSO HAD NO HEAT, I WAS MET WITH TENANT, I THEN ENTERED UNIT RESIDENCE WAS VERY WARM AND THEN WALKED IN LIVING ROOM AND FOUND THAT THE COOK STOVE TOP BURNERS WERE ON AND HEATING UNIT, THERE WAS VERY LITTLE OXYGEN IN UNIT AND EXPLAINED TO TENAT THA SHE COULD NOT USE THAT STOVE AS A SOURCE OF HEAT AND BURNERS WERE SHUT OFF, I THEN CALLED SUPERVISION AND DISCUSSED THE CASE, SUPERVISION WAS IN AGGREEANCE AND 911 WAS CALLED TUCSON FIRE WAS DISPATCHED AND CHECKED THE TENANTS, THEY WERE FINE, WAS ALSO ASKED IF I NEEDED TUCSON POLICE DEPARTMENT, I EXPLAINED THAT I DID, I EXPLAINED TO TUCSON POLICE ABOUT THE OWNER NOT COMING OUT TILL THE AFTERNOON, I CONTACTED OWNER AND EXPLAINED THAT HE NEEDED TO COME TO SITE, OWNER THEN STATED THAT HE COULD NOT TILL THE AFTERNOON, TUCSON POLICE THEN GOT ON THE PHONE AND EXPLAINED TO THE OWNER THAT HE NEEDED TO COME TO SITE. OWNER ARRIVED AT SITE AND TUCSON EXPLAINED TO HIM THE SITUATION, I THEN EXPLAINED TO OWNER TAH THE NEEDED TO REPAIR HEATERS IN ALL UNITS, OWNER STATED THAT HE UNDERSTOOD
