(LONG REALTY) CALLED LONG REALTY AND LARRY ANSWERED, EXPLAINED TO HIM THAT HE HAD GRAFFITI ON SIGN AND THAT HE EITHER NEEDED TO REMOVE THE SIGN OR REMOVE GRAFFTI ON SIGN, HE HAD STATED THAT HE HAS NOT HAD PROPERTY LISTED FOR SALE ON THAT PROPERTY FOR APPROXIMATELY TWO YEARS, HE HAD THOUGHT THAT THE SIGN WAS REMOVED, HE ALSO STATED THAT HE WILL HAVE SIGN COMPANY REMOVE THE SIGN TODAY, CASE CLOSED |
