Found van for Flash automotive clearly parked in the ROW; vehicle has several decals, but also has attached signs which are illegal. Vehicle will need to be moved and the signs removed. Additionally, owner has several barrels connected with chains along the north property line abutting 2323 that extends into the ROW. ROW area is considered 30 feet from the east edge of the sidewalk. |
