The resident was very amicable and allow us entry without resistance whatsoever. There was no firplace or any other type of heating device in the storage shed, only ordinary items such as tool boxes and miscellaneous personal items. There no other obvious code violations noted at the time of inspection. The man we made contact with denied living in the shed and stated that he was living inside the primary dwelling and working in the yard and shed. No further enforcement action at this time and the case is closed. |
