1. bathroom door broken at door hinge.
2. tub backed up, drains very slow.
3. tile counter near kitchen sink missing grout.
4. traces of termits and ants throughout the entire home.
5. No heat in front bedroom
6. no smoke detectors in bedrooms and one in hallway is missing.
