Found no roaches, exposed wire is a long ground wire. P.C.H.D. was already there to check for roaches. Spoke to manager, Rachel, said unit was sprayed for roaches and a follow up spraying is scheduled for next week. Researched construction of complex, built in 1977, GFI outlets are not required ond one smoke detector is required in stairwell. Called Greg at P.C.H.D., said he would be conduction a follow up inspection. Close case. |
