This is an undeveloped residential parcel. There are native plants and vegetation present. There is no trash or refuse and there is no right of way obstruction. There is some dead vegetation which appears to have been dumped on the property as there is no vegetation of like kind on the parcel. I will send a NOV to the property owner for the removal of the dead vegetation. |
