At site, found storage issues on front and side porch areas and entire back yard. Spoke to owner about storage on property, explained 25% limit of total lot size. Due to the lage amount of storage, this may take a few months. I explained to the owner that I will grant him more time, but I have to see progress. F/U 30 days. |
