12/06/2012 ENGINEERING - FINAL Partial Approval MET WITH THE PROPERTY OWNER OF THE SITE AND DISCUSSED WHAT IS REQUIRED FOR THE PLANTING MATERIAL ALONG THE SOUTH AND EAST SIDE OF THIS SITE. HE WILL BE PROVIDING TEXAS RANGERS IN THE 5 FOOT LANDSCAPE BORDER, THESE WILL BE 5 GALLON PLANTS PLACED AT 5 FEET ON CENTER. THIS WORK WILL BE COMPLETED OVER THIS WEEKEND AND WILL BE RE-INSPECTED FOR COMPLIANCE ON 12/10/2012. AFTER THAT INSPECTION I WILL DETERMINE IF THERE IS ANYTHING ELSE THAT IS NEEDED ON THIS SITE TO MEET THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE CURRENT PERMIT.
12/06/2012 ENGINEERING - FINAL Partial Approval LOOKED OVER THE SITE TOO SEE THAT THE TIRES HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE OUTER PERIMETER OF THE SITE ON THE EAST AND SOUTH SIDES, ALL CLEAR AT THIS TIME. THE SITE HAS BEEN CLEARED OF MOST OF THE EXCESS DEBRIS, REMOVED THE CANOPIES OVER THE WORK AREA, AND THE CAR THAT WAS LOCATED AT THE SOUTHEAST CORNER OF THE SITE. THERE IS A HANDICAP SIGN THAT NEEDS TO BE RAISED TO 7 FEET AS PER THE CURRENT CODES, AND PLACEMENT OF THE PLANT MATERIAL WITHIN THE LANDSCAPE BORDER, THIS WILL BE COMPLETED PRIOR TO THE REINSPECTION OF THE SITE ON 12/10/2012
11/23/2012 ENGINEERING - FINAL Partial Approval MET WITH THE OWNER AND EXPLAINED TO HIM WHAT IS NEEDED FOR THIS PERMIT TO BE CLOSED. HE HAS BEEN DIRECTED TO EITHER HAVE THE SITE PLAN CHANGED TO REFLECT THE CURRENT SITE CONDITIONS OR TOO CONSTRUCT THE SITE AS IT IS SHOWN ON THE PLANS. HE NEEDS TO WORK ON THE FOLLOWING 3 ITEMS TO COMPLETE THIS SITE: 1) REMOVE ALL ADDITIONAL AREAS WHERE TIRES ARE BEING STORED. 2) COMPLETE THE LANDSCAPING AS SHOWN ON THE LATEST APPROVED PLANS. 3) COMPLETE THE REMOVAL OF THE CANOPY AS DIRECTED BY THE ZONING AND ENGINEERING SECTIONS.

THE OWNER HAS BEEN ADVISED TO MEET WITH THE ZONING AND ENGINEERING SECTIONS WITH HIS E.O.R. TO SEE WHAT ACCEPTABLE CHANGES NEED TO BE MADE TO THE EXISTING SITE PLAN TO REFLECT ITS CURRENT CONDITIONS. ALSO THE LANDSCAPING NEEDS TO BE COMPLETED AS PREVIOUSLY DESIGNED FOR EARLIER APPROVALS. THIS WILL ENTAIL THE PLACEMENT OF OLEADER PLANTS ALONG THE OUTER PERIMETER ADJACENT TO THE STREETS EVERY 5 FOOT ON CENTER, OR HAVE THE NEW REVISED DRAWINGS RELFECT CURRNET CODE REQUIREMENTS.
