2) CONTRACTOR INSTALLED DRAINAGE WEIR'S ALONG CHANNEL TO INSLUDE BLEEDER PIPES WITH ORFICE PLATES IN THEM.
3) THERE ARE TWO 24" SRP STORM DRAIN PIPES LEADING INTO THE STORM DRAINAGE CHANNEL, I DID NOT SEE THEM INSTALLED.
4) PRIOR TO FINAL APPROVAL, I WILL NEED A CERTIFICATION FROM THE ENG OF RECORD STATING THAT ALL DRAINAGE WAYS AND STORM DRAIN PIPING WAS INSTALLED PER THE APPROVED GRADING/SITE PLAN.
5) NO NOI POSTED AT ENTRANCE TO THE SITE.

2) SOME SEDIMENT CONTROLS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ALONG THE SW AND WEST PERIMETER. SEDIMENT CONTROLS HAVE BEEN INSTALLED ALONG THE NE CORNER OF THE SITE.
3) I RECOMMEND SEDIMENT CONTROLS BE ADDED TO THE SOUTH PERIMETER AND THAT THE BIRM INSTALLED ALONG THE NORTH/NE CORNER BE REMOVED AND SILT SOCK OR SILT FENCE BE USED AT SITE BOUNDRY IN ITS PLACE.
4) I WILL REVIEW YOUR SWPPP AND WORK WITH THE SITE SUPERINTENDENT TO ENSURE ADEQ COMPLIANCE.

CORRECT BY 5 WORKING DAYS, NON-COMPLIANCE WILL RESULT IN A NOTICE OF VIOLATION.
