09/10/2014 GRADING - FINAL Continued Walked the site today with the grading inspector, Ron Ledonne. All 3 basins on the west side of the site are ponding water. Last major rain storm was Monday, Sep 8 which lasted all day. As of Wednesday ~36 hours later the basin still have not drained. The outlet of the stormdrains into the soutwest basin has ~70" of standing water and the basin bottom itself has ~6-8" of water. THis grading plan is still active and has not provided asbuilts or post perc test to show conformance. JG
