11.) Maintain good housekeeping practices in areas were combustible storage can accumulate
12.) The screen cover over the exterior electrical panel must be labed, "ELECTRICAL" or "ELECTRICAL PANEL"
13.) All exit doors must be readily openable without any impediments or obstructions to full instant use at all times. Exit door, NW room, second floor, obstructed by adjacent door.
