Must maintain all smoke detectors in good working order at all times. 8.) Must provide smoke detectors for tenant rooms in the upper floor area 9.) Pool gate must be readily openable from the pool side, without the use of a key at all times 10.) Directional exit signs leading to the back yard exit gate must be provided. Must be readily visible throughout pathway 11.) Maintain good housekeeping practices in areas were combustible storage can accumulate 12.) The screen cover over the exterior electrical panel must be labed, "ELECTRICAL" or "ELECTRICAL PANEL" 13.)
