Need "emergency back-up" lighting for both of the required exit doors. 3.) Replace all missing cover plates. 4.) The "loft" area must be secured with safety railing or must eliminate the access. 5.) Provide a "step" for the landing area outside the exterior on the north wall. 6.) The secondary doors located next to the rear exit door must open in the direction of egress travel. 7.) Must provide a "step" for the landing area out side the two doors located next to the rear exit door. 8.) Remove the keyed lock from the front,west door and replace with a thumb-turn lock. 9.) The double-doors located next to the stairs in the area under the loft must open in the direction of egress travel and must open simultaneously. 10.) Secure all "ROMEX" wiring that is installed below 7 feet and located in the furnace room. Must be in conduit or behind drywall. 11.) Dry-wall the ceilng in the furnace room to prevent smoke and fire from traveling to other parts of the building. 12.) Need a sign over the main door reading, "DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLCKED WHEN THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED". |
