1.) Need a sign over the main exit door that reads."DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED".
2.) All exterior doors, except for the main exit, must have a thumb-turn latch.'
3.) Only one locking device is allowed per exterior door.
4.) Remove the pad-lock type device from the back room.
5.) Cover the opening in the ceilng, water heater room.
6.) Need to place directional exit signs at the end of both hallways directing to the front exit door.
