STUDIO # 1
1.) Need a sign over main door reading,"DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN BUILDING IS OCCUPIED"
2.) Remove the side-bolt from the security gate located after next to the main door or remove the gate completly.
3.) Front patio security gate must be locked in the open position when the building id occupied.
4.) Need a thumb-turn lock for the front door located on north end of studio #2
5.) Need a ,"NOT AN EXIT" sign on the door between studio #1 and studio #2 on the studio #2 side.

STUDIO #4
1.) Remove the cross-bar security system from the double doors
2.) Remove the slide-bolt from same door
3.) Replace all missing cover plates.

EXTERIOR
1.) The EXIT gates for the patio must be readily openable without the use of a key, special knowledge or special effort
2.) Portable fire extinguishers must be serviced annually or can be removed from service.
