07/22/2010 FIRE - FINAL Denied 1. Need up to date fire sprinkler inspection done, last inspection report on file 08/13/2004 this is to be done yearly.
2. Addresses numbers posted on building 15" facing roads 22nd street and highland road. Can not paint numbers on building. Handout given.
3. 2nd floor remove dead bolt lock from south emergency exit door, door has panic hardware on it. You can remove panic hardware from door but must change double cylinder keyed dead bolt lock with a thumb style dead bolt lock.
4. In fish storage room correct sprinkler coverage pipe capped off where sprinkler head was.
5. Repair or replace exit signs throughout the building, when testing some battery back ups failed, no 120V lights worked.
6. In packing room correct sprinkler coverage heads over 9 feet off wall. Will need approved plans and permits before installing any heads.
