Fire extinguishers must be seviced annually. must be mounted and must be labled. 5.) Need a clear working space in the area around the electrical panel.( min.36") 6.) Replace the missing face plate on the electrical panel. 7.) Exit accesses/ pathways must remain clear of obstructions at all times. 8.) Lable the exterior storage room door,"ELECTRICAL". 9.) Need a sign on the lobby door (left side) that reads,"NOT AN EXIT". 10.) Need a thumb-turn lock for the gated area in the front of the building. 11.) Remove the accumulated combustible storage that is located in the front exterior storage room. |
