1.) Need accurate and approved floor plans.
2.) Need address numbers for the business. Must be readily visible from the street and must be a minimum of 15 inches tall.
3.) Need a sign over the inside of front door that reads,"DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED".
4.) Any door hardware that is defective must be removed.
5.) All openings in walls and ceiling must be covered.

6.) Repair the door leading into the rear room.
7.) Remove the slide-bolt from same door.
8.) Provide door hardweare (door knob) for same door.
9.) The rea door appears to be closed off. Must provide a sign on on the exterior side of door that reads, "DOOR BLOCKED".
