2.) The exit discharge area for the east exit is obstructed by the parking lot. You shall remove the portable "parking curb" located immediately outside the east door and not allow parking in that space at all times.
3.) North exit light is burnt out.
4.) Both emergency back-up lights are burnt out.
5.) Confirm proper coverage and proper positioning of nozzels over cooking appliances. Must be done by licensed contractor.
