Need to place a sign iover the front door reading, "DOOR MUST REMAIN UNLOCKED WHEN THE BUILDING IS OCCUPIED". 3.) Must remove the slide-bolt lock located at the bottom of the front door 4.) Must remove the pad lock latch on same door. 5.) All portable fire extinguishers must be labled. 6.) One of the doors in the VITAL SIGNS room is hard to open. 7.) Relace the cover plate that is missing a swith, located in the rear examination room. 8.) Remove the slide-bolt lock located at bottom of door located in the back exiting room. 9.) The illuminated exit signs must be facing in the proper position. Bldg/ #2 1.) Needs sign over front door reading, "DOOR MUST REMAIN........" 2.) The security screen door outside the front door must be locked in the open position at all time s when the building is occupied. 3.) Need directional exit signs where recommemnded |
