01/14/2010 | FIRE - FINAL | Denied | Not approved 1/13/10 1.) Need address numbers for the building. Numbers must be 15 in. high minimum. 2.) Need annual fire sprinkler inspection report. 3.) Need the 5 year check valve inspection report. 4.) The large room addition located on the SE corner of the warehouse floor has compromised the sprinkler coverage inside of that area. The wall must be removed or sprinkler heads be added. Plans and permits must be submitted prior to reparations being undertaken. (SEE ITEM # 15) 5.) Replace all missing cover plates. 6.) All EXIT signs must be illuminated. 7.) All emergency back-up lights must be in working order. 8.) Repair or replace missing Water Motor Gong cover. 9.) Provide a readily visible sign indicating the location of the sprinkler connections. "FIRE DEPARTMENT CONNECTIONS" or "FDC". 10.) Portable fire extinghuishers must be serviced, mounted and labled. 11.) Cube adaptors are not permitted.(office area) 12.) Repair or replace broken or missing ceiling tiles. 13.) Cover all openings in ceilings and walls. 14.) Provide directional exit signs where required. 15.) Sprinkler heads too close the wall. Must be relocated, minimum of 4 inches from wall.( 3rd. office from north wall). Must submitt plans and aquire permit prior to doing work. 16.) Door in kitchen area must be readily openable. 17. Provide updated, approved floor plans. 18.) All electrical must meet the requirements of the electrical code. (open wiring, wire splicing, cover plates etc.) |
