This is a courtesy visit to inform you the burning of trash is prohibited by the Tucson Fire Code. On 12/22 we received a complaint from the Ward 4 Council office that trash was being burned in a 55 gallon drum and the ashes emptied into the alley. I visited the alley behind this home and found evidence to support this claim.
You are hereby ordered to desist from any further open burning of prohibited materials or the citation process may be initiated.
