HOSPITAL MAINTENAINCE STAFF DID NOT AGREE WITH CONTRACTORS' INSPECTION REPORT DONE ON OCTOBER25, 2010. THIS HOOD SYSTEM WAS UPGRADED IN APRIL OF 2010. A SECOND CONTRACTOR WAS HIRED TO INSPECT AND HAD NO DEFICIENCIES NOTED ON THE REPORT. THE SECOND REPORT IS ATTACHED TO THE COMPLAINT IN THE LOG BOOK. THIS COMPLAINT IS CLOSED. |
