Fire detection, alarm and extinguishing systems shall be maintained in an operative condition at all times, and shall be replaced or repaired where defective. According to the fire sprinkler inspection report that was received from United Fire the following deficiencies shall be repaired: 1. 2 painted heads in the mechanical room (Replace) 2. 1 painted head in room 121 (Replace) 3. 1 empty bulb in room 100 (Replace) An re-inspection of the above conditions will be done on October 28, 2010. |
