A-2 occupancy (JACK IN THE BOX) had a grease fire. Sytem was discharged and Class K was also used. The system was RED TAGED until the buisness can bring their cooking appliances back up to code and a STOP WORK order was also made. A Fire report was written... refer to "paper attached" in file. |
