| 03/26/2010 | INSP - FULL | Violation | On 3-24-10, a fire prevention inspection was conducted at 2125 East 20th Street . The following Tucson Fire Code Violation(s) was noted: Currently there are approx. 12 semi trailers, all adjacent to each other, with the closest being 6 feet from building. In addition, the fire dept. connections are obstructed from viewing from the street. This is in violation of the following fire code violations. 1). Semi trailers stored in the manner represent an unnecessary fuel load to this building, and are in violation of IFC 315.3 and 110.1.1 Semi trailers shall be moved 20 feet from building and 10 feet from property lines. 2). Semi trailers are blocking fire dept connections viewing and access from street. In addition, no sign identifying connections is present. Fire connections shall be unobstructed with 10 business days from date of the letter. Sign posted shall read. FIRE DEPARTENT CONNECTIONS…. 12 inch high lettering…, shall be placed above semi trailers, always seen from street.. This letter is to inform you that abatement of these Tucson Fire Code violations must be completed by PRIL 7, 2010 . A re-inspection shall be conducted at that time to ensure compliance.
